These terms apply when you use the Pure Purple website or place an order with us.
By purchasing from Pure Purple, you agree to these Terms together with our Privacy, Shipping and Returns policies.
Nothing in these Terms removes consumer rights that the law says cannot be removed.

Products
We work hard to show our products accurately.
However, colours may look slightly different depending on your screen.
Leather is a natural material, so grain, markings and colour can vary.
Small natural differences are not automatically defects.
Prices
Prices are shown in the currency selected on the website.
International currency conversions may change because of exchange rates.
Any import duties or taxes not clearly included at checkout are the customer’s responsibility.
Orders
Placing an order does not always mean we can accept it.
We may cancel an order before fulfilment if:
the product is unavailable; a clear pricing mistake has been made; payment cannot be confirmed; we reasonably suspect fraud; or we cannot legally complete the order.
If we cancel an order after taking payment, we will refund the relevant amount.
Check your order
Please review your products, delivery address and payment information before paying.
Kenyan consumer law places specific requirements on online agreements, including clear information and an opportunity to correct errors before contracting.
Made-to-order products
Some Pure Purple products may only be made or customised after your order is placed.
Production times will be shown on the product page or communicated to you.
Once production of a personalised product has started, cancellation may not be possible unless the law requires otherwise.
Payments
Available payment methods will be shown at checkout.
By placing an order, you authorise the relevant payment provider to process the transaction.
Shipping
Delivery information is explained in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
Delivery dates are estimates unless we specifically promise otherwise.
International orders
Customers outside Kenya may need to pay customs duties, VAT, taxes or courier fees.
Pure Purple does not control these charges.
Returns
Our Returns & Refunds Policy forms part of these Terms.
Intellectual property
The Pure Purple name, logo, photography, product images, written content, graphics and original brand material belong to Pure Purple or the relevant rights holder.
They may not be copied or used commercially without permission.
Reviews and customer content
If you send us a review, photograph or other content, you confirm that you have the right to share it.
Where you give permission, we may use that content to promote Pure Purple.
Website availability
We may update, change or temporarily remove parts of our website.
We cannot promise the website will always be available without interruption.
Our responsibility
We do not exclude any responsibility that the law does not allow us to exclude.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Pure Purple is not responsible for indirect losses that could not reasonably have been expected when your order was placed.
Events outside our control
Sometimes delays happen because of events we cannot reasonably control, such as customs disruption, transport problems, strikes, natural disasters or major technology failures.
We will do our best to keep customers informed.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya.
If you live in another country, this does not remove mandatory consumer rights that apply to you under the laws of that country.
