Most orders are ready to send within 1 to 7 business days.
Some products are made after you order and may need more time. If so, we will show this on the product page.
Delivery within Kenya
Delivery usually takes around 1 to 3 business days after dispatch.
International delivery
International delivery usually takes around 5 to 10 business days after dispatch.
These are estimates. Customs, public holidays and courier delays can affect delivery times.
Tracking your order
When your parcel leaves us, we will send you tracking details by email.
Duties and taxes
Orders delivered outside Kenya may be charged import duty, VAT, taxes or customs-processing fees.
These charges are set by your country, not by Pure Purple.
Unless checkout clearly says otherwise, the customer is responsible for paying them.
