The Maasai are Plain Nilotes found mainly within Kenya and Tanzania. They are known for a rich heritage in intricate beading, an art form and cultural expression that has been passed down through the generations. 

Our Kanyua beaded belts are carefully strung by Maasai women in Kajiado utilizing quality beads on rich leather grains that are then meticulously stitched. The sturdy brass buckles are made from recycled upcycled discarded brass items.
